Scientific Investigation
As it is typical of the University, the Institute aims at being ferment in the society in which it exists. Thus, any research that might be conducted aims at establishing solid bases for any proposal or politics which could be made related to marriage and the family, whether it is in the economics, social, educational, legal, etc., areas; seeking their unity in the superior knowledge from the diverse sciences.
The investigation labor of the Institute, among other aspects, is oriented towards:
- Developing a profound diagnosis of the situation of the family in Perú, having as a starting point the collection of historic and socio-economic data.
- Designing and conducting scientific research projects.
- Contributing with solution alternatives that will be useful to formulate regional and national politics related to family.
- Organizing scientific congresses, seminars and chat circles as means of exchange of knowledge.
- Designing case studies as tools for specialized training.
- Publishing and spreading investigations.
- Guiding the conduction of thesis and research projects (undergraduate, Masters Degrees and Ph D Degrees).
These three great fields shelter the diverse activities which will be conducted at the Institute for Family Sciences.
